In Pass you have the option to set prices for your print products by creating price lists! Create price lists for family shoots, weddings, portrait sessions, and any other gallery types your client’s will order from. After you create your price lists, apply them to your galleries when you create them.
Navigate to the Settings > Store Pricing from the dashboard . At the top of the page, you’ll see the titles of your price lists on the left, and the option to add a new price list on the right. Click on Add price list to create a new one. After you create a new price list, it will appear next to the other titles at the top.
You also have the option of setting a minimum order amount and pricing prints and products by profit. If you choose “Price by profit”, you will set the percentage that you would like to profit from the print order, and Pass will automatically set the print price according to that percentage.
To change the prices on your price lists, select the price list you wish to modify. Then click on the image of the product to change the prices. Enter your prices for each item and then select “Apply” to commit the changes.
